Mazak INTEGREX j-200s
The INTEGREX j-200S Multi-Tasking machine brings maximum value, precision and throughput to the production of complex medium-sized workpieces. In fact, it makes use of two turning spindles and a milling spindle to productively process parts complete in single setups.
In addition to its cost-effective, yet high-performance turning and angular milling capabilities, the machine also offers automatic tool changing, a large machining area and convenient operation to meet a wide variety of production requirements.

Mazak Variaxis I-300 AWC
The VARIAXIS i-300 AWC is a highly versatile full, simultaneous 5-axis Vertical Machining Center with a large storage capacity Auto Work Changer (AWC) that holds up to 32 workpieces weighing up to 132 lbs. (60 kg.) each.
The machine performs multiple and complex curved surface machining on small complex workpieces with high-precision requirements in single setups DONE IN ONE® processing. As such, the machine reduces production lead times, improves machining accuracy and lowers operating expenses.

DMG Mori NLX 2500|700
The NLX 2500 | 700 is a high-rigidity, high-precision turning center with a distance between centers of 700 mm. The model flexibly handles various workpieces with a highly rigid bed, powerful turning capability and outstanding milling performance with the matured BMT (Built-in Motor Turret).
The model employs CELOS + MAPPS V as an operation panel, which allows a wide range of customers, from beginners to veterans, to easily machine simple to complex-shaped workpieces.

HAAS UMC 750
5-axis machining is an effective means to reduce setups and increase accuracy for multi-sided and complex parts. The Haas UMC Series universal machining centers are cost-effective solutions for 3+2 machining and simultaneous 5-axis machining. The UMC-750SS has an integrated high-speed, dual-axis trunnion table with a 500 mm diameter platter that features standard T-slots and a precision pilot bore for fixturing versatility. The trunnion provides +110 and -35 degrees of tilt and 360 degrees of rotation to provide excellent tool clearance and large part capacity.

HAAS VF-2SSYT
The Haas high-performance Super-Speed vertical machining centers provide the high spindle speeds, fast rapids, and quick tool changes necessary for high-volume production and reduced cycle times. Each SS machine features a 12,000-rpm, inline direct-drive spindle, an ultra-fast side-mount tool changer, and high-speed rapids on all axes.
The VF-2SSYT offers more Y-axis travel than our very popular VF-2SS.

The Vertex 312 HC allows United Machinists to measure parts using both vision & traditional touch probe stylus to give accurate and repeatable measurements of parts for clients. These measurements are also able to be captured and documented including custom reports upon request. Our approach to efficiency is simple: More is better. At every stage, our processes streamline, support and speed-up production, whether we’re introducing next-generation CAD/CAM software, enhancing the performance of our machines, or making job progress more visible to clients.
With the purchase of our newest milling machines, we have adopted the TopSolid CAD/CAM software system – a commercial first for New Zealand, bringing gains in programming efficiency, machine optimisation and a range of ‘smart’ touches custom designed for our growing body machines.
We are constantly looking for ways to lift the productivity of our plant through advanced LEAN manufacturing and production processes. Our KANBAN scheduling system gives total visibility over production to clients, who can see and comment on jobs in progress. Recently, we have also implemented Global Shop, an enterprise resource planning software. The software has allowed us to streamline our processes and have greater visibility of workflow, enabling us to both increase our capacity and improve our scheduling – ultimately leading to better turnaround times and customer service.
Beyond this, we foster a culture of collaboration, encouraging our programmers and operators to contribute to improvements in machining processes, scheduling, machine enhancements and workshop setup.
